YES!
We absolutely can coat these surfaces. In fact, coating glass is highly recommended because it provides a safety layer that keeps water from sticking to glass. In this case, it is an issue of not just aesthetics, but safety. We all need to see clearly while driving!
As for wheels, a ceramic coating helps keep brake dust, dirt, grime, and water spots from sticking to the surface. These elements can be difficult to clean, and a coating eliminates a significant amount of work.
