We Can’t Give You a Full Detail

This might sound ridiculous, especially from a full-service detail company. You may be asking, “um…why not?”

Great question. We’re so glad you asked.

The short answer is that we don’t even offer a “full detail” on our service menu. Keep reading for the reasons behind that decision…

A man in a blue shirt is cleaning the windshield of a car.

1. Each client is different.

Every person we meet has his or her own approach to vehicle care.

  • You have your own habits in how you care for your car.
  • You use your car in your own way (i.e., car show-only garage queen vs. daily driver)
  • You have you own goals for the end results you want to achieve.
  • You have areas of concern about your vehicle which may be different from the next person.
  • Finally, you have your own budget.

2. Each car is different.

There are many factors that contribute to a vehicle’s condition.

These include:

  • Age, make and model (certain manufacturers’ paint, clear coat, etc. are prone to various challenges)
  • Usage (miles and conditions in which it is drven)
  • Storage (garaged or not, whether it’s outside in the weather all day)
  • Exposure (weather elements, industrial overspray, etc.)
  • The owner’s habits (how often it’s washed, how it’s washed, are messes cleaned up quickly, etc.)

3. “Full Detail” is just not a helpful term.

Since there is no standardization of service terms in the detailing industry, “full detail” can (and will) literally mean something different to each person you ask.

This broad interpretation can very easily lead to confusion and difficulty in setting (and meeting or exceeding) expectations. Since one of our core values is client satisfaction, these generic terms are a no-go for us.

So…what CAN we offer you?

At Let’s Roll, we offer various stages of services, according to the factors listed above. We begin with an in-person vehicle inspection and consultation, which is an EXTREMELY important step in our service process. You can read more about that here. Once that appointment is completed, we will all be on the same page as to your vehicle’s condition, your goals for end results, and what services we recommend to achieve those that for you.

While a “full detail” is off the table, we believe we can give you something much better: specific services customized to fit the needs of YOU and YOUR vehicle.
